Compared with spur gear reducer transmission, planetary gear reducer transmission has many unique advantages. The main features of planetary gear reducer transmission are as follows.


1. Stable movement, strong ability of anti-shock and vibration. Since several planet wheels with the same structure are used, they are evenly distributed around the center wheel, so that the sexual forces of the planet wheel and the swing arm can be balanced with each other. As long as the type and gear matching scheme of the planetary gear transmission is properly selected, a small number of gears can be used to obtain a large transmission ratio. In the planetary gear reducer transmission, which is only used to transfer motion, its transmission ratio can reach several thousand. It should be pointed out that when its transmission ratio is large, the planetary gear transmission can still maintain many advantages such as compact structure, small mass, and small volume. Moreover, it can also realize the synthesis and decomposition of motion and realize the complex motion of various speed changes.


3. The planetary gear reducer is small in size, small in mass, compact in structure and large in bearing capacity. Because the planetary gear transmission has power splitting and the coaxial transmission of each center wheel and the rational application of the internal gear pair, it can make its structure very compact. Because several planetary wheels are evenly distributed around the center wheel to share the load, the load on each gear is small, and these gears are allowed to use a smaller modulus. In addition, the coaxial reducer makes full use of the large internal meshing bearing capacity and the volume of the ring gear itself, which is conducive to reducing its outer size, making it small in size, small in mass, very compact in structure, and carrying capacity Big. 4. The planetary gear reducer has high transmission efficiency. Due to the symmetry of the planetary gear transmission structure, that is, it has several evenly distributed planet wheels, so that the reaction forces acting on the center wheel and the boom bearing can be balanced with each other, which is beneficial to achieve The role of improving transmission efficiency. With proper transmission type selection and reasonable structural arrangement, the efficiency value can reach 0.97 ~ 0.99.
