1. Armature core part: Its function is to embed the discharge pivot winding and the end magnetic flux, in order to reduce the eddy current loss and hysteresis loss in the armature core when the motor works.


2. Armature part: The function is to attack the electromagnetic torque and the induced electromotive force, and perform energy conversion. The armature winding has a number of coils or glass strands of flat steel copper wire or strength enameled wire.


The commutator in the DC motor of the K mechanism is also called the commutator. In the DC motor, the main function in the operation is to convert the current of the DC power source on the brush into the communication current in the armature winding, so that the electromagnetic The tendency of the torque is stable. In the DC generator, it converts the armature winding communication electromotive force into the DC electromotive force output on the brush end.


The K-machine DC motor commutator is insulated by mica between a plurality of plates, and each end of the armature winding is divided into two commutator segments. The function of the commutator in the DC generator is to transform the alternating electric heat in the armature winding into the DC electromotive force between the brushes. The current flows through the load, the DC generator outputs electric power to the load, and the armature coil also There must be a current through.
