Insulation process and connection method of switchgear with motor

In the process of operation, the switchgear with motor mainly adopts heat-shrinkable insulation material and epoxy coating insulation process to optimize the shape of the electrode, the cabinet structure is compact, and the floor space is reduced. The switch cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel. After the CNC sheet metal processing is formed, it is connected by high-strength bolt nuts and rivet nuts, and the surface of the components is sprayed or galvanized.


Each functional chamber of the switchgear with motor is separated by metal plate and has independent pressure release channel. The operation of circuit breaker and grounding switch can be carried out under the condition that the switchgear is closed, and the door closing operation can be realized. The structure is adaptable, and the main wiring scheme can reach more than 198 types, which can meet the needs of different users.


There are basically two ways to connect the conventional incoming and outgoing lines of a switchgear with a motor:


(1) In and out of the cable cable room connection,


(2) The inlet and outlet lines are led out from the top of the cabinet through the wall casing, and the busbar bridge connected to the busbar bridge is connected to the overhead line through the through-wall casing. There are also a few users, the cable cable holder is introduced from the top of the cabinet, the cabinet is connected, the cabinet top is connected, and a safety net frame is additionally provided.
