Model Classification and Characteristics of Permanent magnet DC deceleration motor model

Dec 20, 2018

The permanent magnet DC gear motor refers to a DC geared motor made by a closed self-cooling ferrite permanent magnet. The permanent magnet DC geared motor has various specifications and is widely used in the field of office automation such as printers and copiers as drive components. The DC geared motor is based on the ordinary DC motor, plus the matching gear reducer, which can effectively improve the utilization rate in the automation industry.

Due to the different uses and scope of use, the permanent magnet DC geared motor models mainly include three types: 1. PX series planetary gear motor, the main features are wide adjustment range, small size, light weight, high efficiency, compact structure and output turn. The moment is large. The second type is the GK series square box gear DC gear motor, which has the characteristics of low noise and stable operation. The reduction ratio is 3-300. With the motor of different power, the ideal output torque can be obtained.

Another specification is the NMRV series worm gear motor. This series of permanent magnet DC gear motor models are made up of worm gear reducers and various motors. The operation is stable, the noise is low, the transmission speed ratio is large, and the carrying capacity is strong.
