1. High voltage of automobile chassis motor: In the process of operation, high voltage can be used as much as possible within a permissible range, so that the size of the motor and wires can be effectively reduced to a certain extent. The equipment size can, to some extent, reduce the cost of the inverter. The operating voltage is increased from 274 V of the THS to 500 V of the THS B. With the same dimensions, the maximum power is increased from 33 kW to 50 kW, and the maximum torque is increased from 350 N"m to 400 ON"m. It can be seen that applying a high voltage system is extremely beneficial to the improvement of the vehicle's dynamic performance.

2. The rotational speed of the chassis motor of the vehicle is high: Under normal circumstances, the rotational speed of the electric induction motor used in the process of operation can reach 8000-12000 r/min to some extent. The volume of the high speed motor is small and the quality is lighter. It will help reduce the quality of equipment for loading vehicles.

3. The chassis motor of the automobile is small in size and light in weight. During the operation, the motor can effectively reduce the quality of the motor by using its aluminum alloy shell, etc., and its various control devices and materials of the cooling system during operation. Lightweight materials should also be used wherever possible. Electric vehicle drive motors require high specific power (output per unit mass of motor) and high efficiency over a wide range of speeds and torques in order to reduce vehicle weight and extend driving range; and industrial drives Electric motors are generally considered in terms of power, efficiency, and cost, and efficiency is optimized near the rated operating point.

To a certain extent, the automotive chassis motor needs a large range of speed control performance and starting torque, so that it can effectively meet the power and torque required for starting, accelerating, driving and decelerating requirements, and the motor should have The automatic speed control function reduces the driver's operating intensity, improves driving comfort, and achieves the same control response as the accelerator pedal of an internal combustion engine.
